Job Summary:

The Auto Mechanic is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of company vehicles, heavy equipment, and machinery to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation. The role includes conducting regular inspections, diagnosing mechanical issues, and maintaining accurate service records in accordance with company standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Education: At least Vocational or Technical Course graduate in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years' experience as a Mechanic (automotive or heavy equipment preferred).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual work
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Work Conditions:

  • Shop or field-based environment
  • May require overtime, weekend, or on-call work as necessary
  • Exposure to noise, grease, and mechanical equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
