Position: Medical Sales Associate

Department: Sales and Marketing

Location: Quezon Province

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Reports To: District Manager (DM) / Field Sales Manager (FSM)

We are hiring a Medical Sales Associate to support our community outreach and product visibility efforts through daily free clinics and drugstore visits. The role involves coordinating with local health professionals, conducting medical consultations, and promoting GX-branded products through sample distribution.

Key Responsibilities

Morning Drugstore Visits (7:00 AM – 8:00 AM, Mon–Fri):

  • Visit assigned barometer drugstores (e.g., Carlos Superdrug, MDC, trade drugstores)
  • Inform drugstore owner, branch manager, or clerk about the day's free clinic
  • Conduct courtesy calls to doctors and nurses on duty
  • Record and post product inventory in the Free Clinic group chat (GC)

Free Clinic Operations (8:00 AM – 12:00 NN & 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM):

  • Conduct free medical consultations in the OPD
  • Provide free samples (1–2 tablets per prescription) for GX-branded drugs prescribed by doctors

Afternoon Drugstore Visits (3:00 PM – 5:00 PM):

  • Perform post-call visits to assigned drugstores
  • Reinforce product visibility and maintain rapport with store staff

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Submit Free Clinic forms twice a week to the DM, including prescription photos
  • Post time-in and time-out photos in the GC daily
  • Update daily inventory reports in the GC

Saturday Activities:

  • Participate in KPP (Key Promotional Program) activities as scheduled

Monthly Evaluation Criteria

  • Consistent time-in/time-out photo posting in the Free Clinic GC
  • Timely submission of Free Clinic forms (twice weekly)
  • Daily inventory reporting in the GC

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Psychology, Pharmacy or related field

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Willingness to travel within assigned areas (Quezon Province Area)

Experience in community health programs, medical missions, or outreach activities is a plus.

Ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and goals

Ability to explain medical concepts in simple, relatable language

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
