Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition (Primary Role)
  • Provide administrative support to Human Resources Department
  • Support the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing job offer letters.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking and recruitment databases.
  • Assist with onboarding processes including document collection, orientation scheduling, and background checks.
  • Manage internal and external job advertisements across platforms.
  • Attend all job fairs and recruitment events as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HRDM/Psychology/related field
  • 6 months related work experience (required)
  • With strong initiative skills
  • Able to work with deadlines
  • Team player, organized, and resourceful
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and hiring processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Flexible and willing to support various HR functions
