Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing employee training programs.
- Coordinate the preparation of training schedules, invitations, materials, and manage the budget process from approval to liquidation reporting.
- Maintain and update employee training records and training history logs.
- Monitor training attendance and collect feedback for reporting evaluation .
- Support in learning and development initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HRDM/Psychology/related field
- With 6 months related work experience (required)
- With strong initiative skills
- Able to work with deadlines
- Team player, organized, and resourceful
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Flexible and willing to support various HR functions
