HR Assistant - Recruitment Job Description

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Assistant - Recruitment, you will be performing day-to-day activities related to HR recruitment. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and Screening:
• Look for applicants that fit the vacant positions.
• Handle job postings.
• Responsible for sorting and reviewing the resumes of applicants.
• Prescreen applicants to determine the most qualified candidates for the vacant position.

• Interviewing and Scheduling:
• Conduct applicant interviews.
• Responsible for scheduling interviews for applicants to accommodate all candidates.
• Responsible for contacting applicants who passed the prescreening, interview, and exams.

• Documentation and Onboarding:
• Handle the input of necessary data from applicants and employees.
• Collect necessary employee information such as SSS number, PhilHealth, PagIbig, etc.
• Ensure educational, company background, and references are completed.
• Prepare the necessary forms for newly hired applicants.
• Responsible for establishing and compiling the files of newly hired applicants.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of BS Psychology
• Skills:
• With good communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Attention to Details (Compliance to Standards)
• Procedural Knowledge and experience in Recruitment are a plus
• Familiarity with AX Microsoft Dynamics and RVS is an advantage
