Production Supervisor

Cainta, Calabarzon, Philippines Manila Catering Corporation Full time ₱200,000 - ₱300,000 per year

  1. Prepares the manpower schedule of the Production Department according to the production plan and orders of the clients

  2. Handles the selection, orientation, and training of all personnel assigned to the Production Department

  3. Prepares and submits manpower requisitions to HR, as needed

  4. Evaluates the work performance of all personnel who are under the supervision of this position

  5. Ensures work targets on yield and labor cost are achieved

  6. Analyzes the labor costs vis-à-vis the expected manpower costs for a given production day

  7. Consolidates the production reports prepared by all Production teams for the given production day

  8. Ensures all production lines are following the standards established in the Product Specifications

  9. Ensures the cleanliness and orderliness of Production areas

  10. Suggests and implements process improvements to increase efficiency or meet the quality and food safety standards of the company

  11. Reports any breakage or loss of equipment or supplies assigned to the Production Department

  12. Investigates and responds to Incident Reports issued to any personnel under the Production Department

  13. Prepares stock requisition for any supplies or equipment needed by the Production Department

  14. Maintains and updates the inventories under the Production Department

  15. Attends the pre-launch activities and transfer of technology by the R&D Department

  16. Represents the Production Department during ManCom meetings, Strategic Business Planning, and other inter-department discussions

  17. Performs other tasks, duties, or assignments that may be assigned by Management

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), and Food Safety
  • Basic knowledge of the Halal Assurance System (HAS) is preferred but not required
  • Professional licenses and other certifications are preferred but not required
  • Must be willing to work in Cainta, Rizal

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
