About the role

As a Business Analyst you will make an impact by [primary function of the role]. You will be a valued member of the Insurance team and work collaboratively with the delievery team and clients.

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring X days a week in a client or Cognizant office in city, state. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.

What you must have to be considered
  • Experience in working in Insurance Domain, preferably in Property & Casualty
  • Comprehensive understanding of insurance Industry Trends & Strategies.
  • Demonstrated Business Analysis skills - working on projects in Insurance domain.
  • Strong understanding of technology trends and Insurance Industry applicability for technologies like Cloud, Analytics, Data, IPA/RPA, AI/ML
  • Knowledge of Insurance PAS products will be a plus

  • Leadership experience in client facing situation
  • Displays high level of personal maturity and ability to perform in an unstructured, ambiguous environment.
  • Strong Communication & Presentation Skills with a flair for writing documents & ability to present to various audiences
