Position Overview:

As a Business Analyst, you will be a vital asset to our organization. Your role will involve analyzing data, conducting research, and providing insights to support decision-making across different functional areas within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and understand business challenges and opportunities.
  • Analyze data to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualization tools.
  • Assist in the development and execution of department-specific strategies.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to department stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, market research, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in excel and google spreadsheets is must.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different department needs.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
