Summary:

FP&A professional, you'll be a key strategic partner to the business. Your core responsibilities include:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Leading the budgeting and forecasting process. You will create annual operating plans with different departments and develop rolling forecasts to help the company adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Building financial models and conducting analysis. This involves projecting future revenues and expenses and explaining the reasons for any differences between actual results and your forecasts.
  • Creating performance reports. You'll prepare regular financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually), build dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), and present your findings to senior management.
  • Providing strategic support. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering financial insights and recommendations for major decisions like capital expenditures, M&A, and other strategic projects.
  • Collaborating with business units. You will work directly with department heads—from sales to operations—to understand their financial needs and provide data-driven insights.
Key Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management Accounting, Business Management, or a related field. A CPA, CMA, or MBA is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial and investment reporting, analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling.
  • Prior experience supervising a team of 5 to 8 people is required.
  • The ability to travel for client visits and business needs.
