Job requirements

The Right Person For This Role- You don't just communicate - you connect. You're experienced in client management, with a knack for understanding and interpreting their needs, providing clear solutions, and nurturing productive, long-term relationships

• Advanced English proficiency and communication skills both in speaking and writing
• You are comfortable and enjoy speaking with Australian clients
• Bring 3+ years of IT experience, with a strong background in mobile and web app development, plus a solid grasp of programming basics.
• Have hands-on experience with manual testing and a passion for helping clients launch and grow their tech products.
• Excel in quality assurance for mobile, web, and backend services.
• Are a proactive go-getter, taking responsibility for your work, welcoming feedback, and ready to bring any great idea to life.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodology is a plus, and if you're a Scrum Master, even better

Essentials

• Reliable internet speed (at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload).
