The Front-of-House (FOH) Crew is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for all guests. This role supports daily store operations through efficient order taking, serving, product knowledge, and maintaining cleanliness in all customer-facing areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service
- Take orders accurately and handle payments via POS
- Prepare and serve beverages or side items as needed
- Ensure dining area, counters, and service stations are clean and well-organized
- Assist in managing customer concerns professionally and promptly
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order dispatch
- Follow store SOPs and food safety guidelines
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
Skills & Competencies:
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Team player and dependable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,000.00 per month
