JOB PURPOSE

The position is responsible in assisting the Store Manager and the Supervisor with the smooth daily operations of the restaurant, ensure exceptional guests service and their satisfaction, use upselling techniques to drive food and beverage sales to ensure the restaurant operates successfully and is profitable in accordance with the standards of the company.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (To whichever area applies)

Kitchen

  • Responsible for the daily preparation of food items in the pantry, fry and/or other stations or other areas of a kitchen.
  • Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines.
  • Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
  • Follows recipes, portion controls and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
  • Restock all items as needed throughout shift.
  • Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation organization skills.
  • Has understanding and knowledge to property use and maintain all equipment in station.
  • Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, coolers and all storage areas.
  • To control a given section in the absence of the Kitchen Manager as laid down, and performs in line with standards.
  • Performs additional responsibilities, as instructed by superior at any time with adherence still to the policies of the Company.
  • Does necessary stewarding duty such as but not limited to equipment, plates, glasses and utensils washing

Servers

  • Set up tables to standard and ensures all items necessary for service are cleaned and in proper condition. Utilizes suggestive selling techniques when waiting to customers.
  • Constantly visible on the floor during the shift. Exceeding customers' satisfaction and adhering to standards.
  • Complete assigned side duties. Check side stations before and after meal periods.
  • Ensures that assigned tables are clean and with standard set-up.
  • Knowledgeable in all items in the menu and all on-going promotions.
  • inform Supervisor of any special requests or complaints.
  • Ensure restaurant wastes are properly stored not visible to customers and to be brought to proper waste location every after-operation shifts.
  • Ensure that all tasks listed in the side station check list before and after each shift are complete

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Preferably has an experience with Kitchen Staff/ Restaurant Staff Position
  • Amendable to work in Quezon City
  • Can work under pressure
  • With pleasing personality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php609.00 per day
