RESTAURANT MANAGER

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor food quality, customer service, and cleanliness to maintain company standards
  • Supervising daily shift operations, including front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Manage restaurant inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Monitor sales, revenue, and expenses to ensure profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Conduct regular meetings with staff to provide updates and training

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Need to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of restaurant management software is a plus
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations
  • High school diploma; Degree in Hospitality Management or Business is preferred
  • Willing to be assign in Jupiter Street, Makati
  • Must be available to start immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php27,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Muntinlupa City: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
