Will be responsible for overseeing the Dialysis Consumables products sales operations, developing sales strategies, and building relationships with healthcare providers. They will also be involved in market analysis and driving revenue growth.

V. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Determines and formulates operational and business strategies and provides overall direction of the business unit.
  • Business leadership and execution of Dialysis consumable product and go-to-market strategies.
  • Plans, sets up and implements strategy, goals and operational activities for the business unit to be compliant with the overall strategy of the company; always taking into consideration achieving profitability, growth, and operational results.
  • Manage start-up costs and finances of business unit by efficient financial management.
  • Monitors and controls the overall performance of the business unit making sure that objectives set are achieved.
  • Responsible for Profit and Loss: income and costs, invoicing, revenue recognition and cash flow.
  • Explore and analyze market trends and identify new opportunities in assigned region.
  • Works closely with the marketing, sales and executive management to identify markets, competitive threats and business risks; thus, being able to create a doable product roadmap and focusing on executing on revenue objectives.
  • Sizes, plans and manages launch budget, marketing and sales strategies to ensure successful product launch.
  • Incorporate company procedures and policies in operations of business unit.
  • Plan the cost of shared resources.
  • Performing other duties related to the function as needed.
