COMPANY PROFILE: This Japanese Insurance company was established in year 2006. Their major client is involved in the automotive industry providing both Life and Non-Life Insurance.

Position: Sales Support Officer (HMO/Medical Insurance)

Company Industry: Insurance Company

Work Location: BGC, Taguig City

Work Schedule: Weekends Off (8:00 am – 5:30 pm)

Salary: Php 25,000- Php 35,000 (Negotiable depending on experience)

Work Set Up: Work onsite

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• At least 2 years of experience in processing HMO/Medical Insurance.
• Knowledgeable in other insurance as well.
• Amenable to attend face to face interview
• Amenable to work on site

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Point of contact for existing customers.
• Provide information on plan benefits, eligibility, enrollment, and availment procedures.
• Assist clients with inquiries and requests for permissions, enrollment, etc.
• Assist with claims, approvals, and reimbursements.
• Collaborate with the provider or sales team to address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain familiarity with the company's products, services, and any upgrades or adjustments.
• Monitoring and developing wellness programs and usage management actions.
• Process membership transactions and payment monitoring.
• Assist clients in understanding their medical coverage.
• Perform other tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
