Design Engineer I

Analyze the new design and introduce the new product. Prepare the tools and ledgers for the new product development.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate design reference availability, analyze new product design.
  • Identify risk level of new product specification based on the current manufacturing capabilities.
  • Provide risk mitigations and propose new product tool specification.
  • Negotiate tooling and ledger schedule with Japan counterpart.
  • Prepare proposal for measurement location as in line quality check.
  • Support specification review of existing tools and change tools.
  • Do production system input on Design modules related to tools and process conditions.
  • Coordinate, follow-up and evaluation tool disposition after the declared completion time in order to maintain higher closure rate and prevent wrong tool specifications to new tools.
  • Support design analysis related to High volume product yield improvement and failure analysis.

Qualification

  • Engineering Graduate (BSECE, BSChE, BSIE, BSMetE, BSME,)
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Willing to work onsite.
  • Can start as soon as possible.
