AUTOMATION SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supervise design teams' to design machines that meets the operating window within the target required by commissioning and the Manufacturing requirements.
• Collaborate with Clients to determine design requirements and specifications
• Plan and execute mechanical designs using CAD, CAM, and 3D CAD programs (Solidworks CAD Software)
• Provide project leadership to improve existing products associated in manufacturing process
• Prepare technical reports, design specifications documents, and operational manuals
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
• Provide project status of assigned task list items to level engineers

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate/s must possess Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• With at least 5-7 years of experience in an Electronics Manufacturing company
• Has an ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team of designers.
• Has proficiency in advanced CAD software and oversee complex design projects
• Adept in planning, scheduling, and overseeing multiple design projects
• Has the ability to prepare and present technical reports and design reviews.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and efficiently work under pressure.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
• Good communication skills; both orally and writing.
• Well organized, methodical, and thorough approach to work
• Willing to be assigned in FPIP Site.

SENIOR ENGINEER/ ENGINEER A

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare technical reports, design specifications documents, and operational manuals
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
• Provide project status of assigned task list items to level engineers

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate/s must possess Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• With at least 4-7 years of experience in an Electronics Manufacturing company
• Can work closely with engineers, technicians, and other team members to integrate control systems.
• Advanced programming in two of the following robots: Nachi, Delta, Epson, Very proficient with Robotic Path Teaching.
• Experience setting up various robot communication protocols (DeviceNet, Profibus, ProfiNet, Ethernet IP).
• Proficient in Syntax Programming (Visual Basic, Phyton, Vission System).
• Ability to evaluate robot simulations
• Good analytical skills and good team player
• Can work with a minimal supervision
• Willing to be assigned in FPIP Site.
