  1. Review client deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with agreements.

  2. Document and report findings to QA or project leads for corrective action.

  3. Support client-specific QA checks and quality improvement initiatives.

  4. Collaborate with client service teams to resolve quality issues.

  5. Assist in developing standard procedures for client QA processes.

  6. Track client QA metrics and prepare reports for management or clients.

  7. Assist clients in BIR audit preparations, including gathering documents, reviewing records, and coordinating with examiners.

  8. Provide support during BIR audits by ensuring all required information is accurate, complete, and readily available.

  9. Provide other assistance that may be deemed necessary.

Internal

  1. Assist in conducting internal quality checks and process audits.

  2. Document and report findings, discrepancies, or deviations from internal standards.

  3. Support the development and maintenance of QA policies and procedures.

  4. Help identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.

  5. Collaborate with departments to ensure adherence to company standards.

  6. Track and maintain QA metrics for internal reporting purposes.

  7. Assist in BIR audit preparations, including gathering documents, reviewing records, and coordinating with examiners.

  8. Participate in internal training and quality improvement initiatives.

  9. Provide other assistance that may be deemed necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php23,000.00 per month
