Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients in the UK real estate market
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and client needs assessment
  • Schedule product demonstrations and discovery calls for the sales team
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of the real estate software platform
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in CRM system
  • Follow up with prospects who have shown interest but haven't scheduled appointments
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment setting targets
  • Research prospects and personalize outreach to improve conversion rates
  • Handle initial objections and questions about the platform professionally
  • Coordinate with sales team to optimize appointment scheduling and handoff process
  • Update lead status and provide feedback on lead quality to marketing team
  • Participate in regular training to stay informed on product updates and industry trends
  • Track and report on key metrics including calls made, appointments set, and show rates
  • Maintain professional phone etiquette and represent the brand positively

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales
  • Strong phone communication skills with confident and professional demeanor
  • Experience with outbound calling and lead qualification
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes preferred
  • Knowledge of UK real estate market is a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding appointment setting quotas
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills
  • Comfort working during UK business hours
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to apply for any position at Sirius Support, you will need:

  • A stable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps up and down
  • A laptop or desktop, PC or Mac or Linux based operating system, dual core processor with at least 8GB of RAM
  • A webcam and headset with excellent audio quality for professional calls
  • A quiet place to work free from background noise and distractions
  • A go-getter attitude and a willingness to learn and teach
  • Energy and excellent ability to communicate with customers
  • Excellent command of the English language - comprehension, spoken and written
  • Availability to work during UK business hours
