We are a fast-growing E-commerce Marketing Agency. We are flooded with leads and need a hungry, aggressive, and sharp Appointment Setter to help us turn conversations into booked calls for our closers.

If you are a sales killer who wants to earn in USD and has a "hunter" mindset, this is for you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Inbound Prospecting Only: You only talk with people who opt in to our ads. So you'll never have to cold call anyone
  • Qualify Leads: Filter out the "tire kickers" and identify serious business owners who need our services.
  • Book Meetings: The goal is simple – get qualified prospects to show up for a Zoom call with our sales team.
  • Follow Up: Relentlessly follow up with potential leads using our CRM.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • NATIVE/NEUTRAL AMERICAN ACCENT: This is a strict requirement. You must sound like you are based in the US.
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, Appointment Setting, or Cold Calling. You know how to handle objections and aren't afraid of rejection.
  • Availability: Must be able to work strictly during US EST Business Hours (e.g., 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
  • Excellent Communication: impeccable written and verbal English. No grammar mistakes.
  • High Energy: You are self-motivated, disciplined, and hungry to hit $5k/month.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Uncapped Commission: You earn a high commission for every qualified call booked or every deal closed.
  • OTE (On-Target Earnings): A solid performer will easily earn $2,000 - $3,000. Top performers can hit $5,000+.
  • Training & Script provided (but we love creative thinkers).
  • Long-term career growth into a Closing role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to Php300,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
