BUSINESS PROCESS SUPERVISOR

Shall supervise organization in Business Process Improvement & Business Continuity Management initiatives (from planning to deployment, monitoring and reporting.

Job Criteria and Qualification:

o Work Experience & Technical/ Functional Skills

  • Must have Business Planning Experience
  • Must have exposure in company alignment, balance scorecard and corporate strategy
  • Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise and engage directly with people at all levels including Management Committee
