Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer payments (cash, card, digital) with accuracy and professionalism
  • Record daily sales transactions and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, including receipts, invoices, and expense reports
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure deposits are made securely and on time
  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial summaries for management
  • Support inventory tracking and cost control measures for food and beverage operations
  • Collaborate with management to identify discrepancies and resolve financial issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies
  • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining financial accountability
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience as a cashier, bookkeeper, or accounting clerk in hospitality or retail
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reconciliation
  • Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Excel (experience with accounting software is a plus)
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
