Production Line Supervisor Responsibilities
Monitor All Production Lines
Ensure smooth operation of all active production lines.
Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in real-time.
Manage Production Personnel Schedule
Create and maintain shift schedules.
Coordinate personnel assignments based on production needs and availability.
Conduct In-Line Inspections
Perform regular quality checks during production.
Ensure compliance with product specifications and safety standards.
Submit Reports
Compile daily/weekly production and inspection reports.
Submit documentation to relevant departments or management.
Check Line Output
Track and verify production output against targets.
Analyze data to identify trends or areas for improvement.
Job Requirement
Graduate of Chemical Engineering or its equivalent
With at least 1 to 2 years working experience in a manufacturing preferably in homecare
Willing to work in Valenzuela
Can do shifting schedules
