About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join the team at CHENYANG GROUP INTERNATIONAL TRADE CORP'. As an Accountant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial records and reporting for our organisation. This is a full-time position based in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and analysing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts
  • Assisting with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
  • Providing financial advice and support to management as required
  • Participating in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial accounting and reporting industry
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Can speak English and Mandarin Chinese
