We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day financial tasks, help ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support month-end and year-end closing activities. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and journal entries Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Help with the preparation of tax documents and compliance reporting Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes Participate in internal and external audits Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Accountant or Finance Manager Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field With at least 3-5 years of work experience Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation & Benefits: HMO Leave credits Accommodation (if applicable) Government-mandated benefits Company-sponsored activities and events #J-18808-Ljbffr
