Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, journal entries, and account reconciliation; Prepare financial statements and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns; Familiar with BIR filings such as 1601EQ, 2550Q, 1702Q, etc.; Review and organize import and customs clearance documents (Import Entry, ATRIG, Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading, etc.); Coordinate with customs brokers, banks, and suppliers to ensure completeness and compliance of documentation; Assist in audit preparation and compliance reports; Perform other accounting duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Familiar with Philippine accounting standards and BIR tax regulations, Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS); Proficient in Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero); At least 3-5 years of practical accounting experience in the Philippines. Must have practical experience in handling import business and customs clearance documents. Experience in automotive or import industry preferred; Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently; Good communication skills in English andMandarin Chinese.
