Job Description:

As a Commissions Specialist, you'll process, validate, and reconcile commission reports, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with stakeholders. Your work ensures accuracy, compliance, and trust in the financial operations of global partners.

Job Overview:

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Day shift, Weekends Off, Monday to Friday (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PHT)

Work setup: Hybrid, Megatower, Ortigas

The Qualifications We Seek

• 3 years' experience in administration, finance, or back-office processing
• Strong attention to detail with solid Excel/data entry skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• A collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude
• Experience in commissions administration is an advantage but not required
• Familiarity with Zendesk is a plus

Your Daily Tasks

• Process and reconcile high-volume commission reports
• Validate and match information on commissions received and paid
• Update and maintain accurate loan information
• Respond to commission-related inquiries from lenders and franchisees
• Track, enter, and report on charges and reimbursements
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve commission discrepancies
• Reconcile bank deposits against lender reports
• Support monthly reporting and regular financial deadlines
• Work closely with tech teams to resolve system errors
• Assist the Commissions Manager with projects and ad-hoc deliverables
