Job Vacancy: Planning & Material Controller (PMC) Staff

Location: Silang, Cavite

Position Details:

  • Number of Positions: 1
  • Salary: ₱22,000 – ₱25,000/month
  • Work Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and plot production schedules and forecasts.
  • Monitor daily and hourly output of operators to ensure production targets are met.
  • Secure job orders, materials, machines, and manpower before starting production.
  • Check production flow daily and ensure delivery targets are achieved.
  • Supervise and monitor operator attendance, performance, and productivity.
  • Generate and issue Work Instructions for production lines.
  • Coordinate with production and support groups to resolve non-conformance issues and improve quality and productivity.
  • Initiate improvement activities to enhance production flow and procedures.
  • Report directly to the General Manager (GM) on production systems and efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned within skill and competency levels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Management from a 4-year college/university
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience (preferably in manufacturing)
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Understanding of basic QMS clauses and ISO standards is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Professional, reliable, and results-oriented

Salary & Benefits:

  • ₱22,000 – ₱25,000/month
