We are looking for a dynamic
Sales Manager
to lead our microbrewed beers and wines business. The role involves driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence across bars, restaurants, hotels, and retailers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Build and manage key accounts and partnerships.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing on promotions and brand-building initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in beverages or FMCG.
  • Strong network and knowledge of the liquor, beer, and wine industry is a plus.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
