We are seeking an Assistant Digital Marketing Manager
 who can grow into a full management role. While a solid understanding of SEO and digital marketing is valuable, what matters most is your ability to 
manage people, communicate clearly, and take ownership in client interactions

, can handle client phone calls with confidence, and brings a 
strong presence in meetings
. You'll work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, helping to direct a cross-functional team, track projects, and ensure client satisfaction. Over time, you'll take on more responsibility and have the opportunity to step into a full

Responsibilities Support & Coordination

• Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in guiding and coordinating:
• Technical SEO Specialists
• Local SEO Managers (Google Business Profile and citations)
• Content Developers
• WordPress Developers
• PPC Managers (Google Ads, LSA Ads, Facebook, Bing)
• Keyword Research Specialists
• Support Staff
• Help manage tasks, track deadlines, and ensure smooth communication across the team.

SEO & Digital Strategy

• Conduct audits, keyword research, and competitive analysis.
• Support strategy development and monitor SEO performance.
• Provide insights on local SEO, GBP optimization, and citation building.
• Assist in preparing performance reports for clients.

Website Development & Hosting Oversight

• Support website launches, migrations, DNS setup, and hosting tasks.
• Work with developers to ensure SEO best practices are in place.
• Help troubleshoot site issues and maintain functionality.

Paid Advertising & PPC Oversight

• Understand PPC strategy and performance metrics.
• Support the manager in overseeing PPC staff and ensuring alignment with SEO efforts.
• Review reports and ensure campaigns are on track, though not directly managing them.

Client Communication

• Join client calls for onboarding, updates, and reporting.
• Must have flawless written and spoken English.
• Confident making and receiving calls with US-based clients.
• Able to handle questions and concerns with professionalism and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong SEO background.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, website migrations, DNS, and hosting.
• Flawless English communication, both written and spoken.
• Confident in client-facing situations (onboarding calls, updates, troubleshooting).
• Ability to assist in managing a team across multiple specialties.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow into a management role.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or related platforms.
• Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar.
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.).
• Understanding of local SEO ranking factors.
