DIGITAL MARKETING VA (PART-TIME, REMOTE)

Job Description:

PixelBuddy Solutions is hiring a Virtual Assistant – Digital Marketing to support multiple U.S.-based businesses across coaching, e-commerce, and lifestyle brands. You'll manage social media, digital platforms, and light admin tasks to ensure smooth operations and consistent brand growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Create & schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest
  • Design graphics & promotional materials
  • Maintain & grow active social media accounts
  • Build & maintain websites in Go High Level
  • Manage Shopify skincare store & ensure brand alignment
  • Calendar management & light admin support

Requirements:

Proven VA / Social Media / Marketing experience

Skilled in Go High Level, Shopify, Canva (or similar)

Familiar with content scheduling & growth strategies

Excellent English (written & verbal)

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Nice To Have:

  • Experience in financial services, coaching, or e-commerce
  • Familiarity with John Maxwell coaching principles
  • Ability to support multi-brand operations

Part-time

$7–9/hour
