About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The role will focus on paid advertising, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media management to drive brand awareness and measurable business outcomes.

Ideal Candidate (must have requirements)

• Expertise with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Expertise in SEO/SEM, content marketing, and email marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) – desired.
• Experience managing social media platforms and creating content strategies.
• Strong data analysis and campaign reporting skills.
• Basic design skills or strong briefing skills for creatives.
• Experience with design and workflow systems (e.g., Canva, Trello, ).

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to increase website visibility and traffic.
• Manage content marketing activities, including blogs, email campaigns, and promotional material.
• Oversee and grow the organisation's presence on social media through content planning and execution.
• Use marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) to support lead generation and campaign management.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on digital campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
• Prepare creative briefs and collaborate with designers, or produce basic creative content where required.
• Coordinate campaign tasks and timelines using project management tools such as Trello or Monday.
• Keep up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.
