The main responsibilities of a JUNIOR DATA ANALYST include:

  • Collect, clean, and manipulate large datasets using SQL, Python, or R to support business insights.Apply statistical methods and quantitative analysis to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights.
  • Support AI/ML initiatives by preparing datasets, training basic models, and leveraging tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Conduct web scraping using tools such as BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, or Selenium to gather competitive intelligence and market research data.
  • Utilize market research tools and competitive intelligence platforms to support business strategy and growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
  • Present findings and insights clearly through presentations, reports, and visual storytelling tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with evolving AI technologies, data tools, and industry best practices, applying them to improve analytical processes.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used in reporting and analysis.
