About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and technically skilled Data & Reporting Analyst to support process optimization, reporting automation, and data analysis tasks. This role goes beyond basic admin or data entry—our ideal candidate is someone who can think logically, analyze data deeply, and automate workflows using advanced tools.

You will work closely with management to streamline reporting, build automation solutions, and ensure data accuracy through well-designed processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, automate, and optimize reports using Excel, VBA, Python, and Power Query.
  • Analyze datasets to identify insights, trends, and process gaps.
  • Build macros, scripts, or workflows to improve data processing efficiency.
  • Support the team in establishing stable reporting processes and documentation.
  • Collaborate with operations and management to understand data needs and propose technical solutions.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of delivered reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

For Senior Analyst (1 headcount)

  • Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, Power Query, dashboards).
  • Demonstrated experience in Python, VBA, or similar automation tools.
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
  • Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and process automation.
  • Ability to work independently and handle complex reporting tasks.

For Junior Analyst (1–2 headcounts)

  • Good foundation in Excel (intermediate level or higher).
  • Willingness to learn Python, VBA, and Power Query.
  • Strong attention to detail and eagerness to grow in automation and analytics.
  • Can support the senior analyst once processes are established.
