The Community & Reputation Manager is responsible for leading public-facing engagement on Reddit and managing brand reputation across multiple platforms. This role ensures authentic, timely communication with users while maintaining consistency in tone and strategic messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reddit Community Leadership: Moderate and manage community, craft responses in a casual, authentic tone, and train BPO moderators on Reddit-native communication. Ensure timely replies and escalate trending issues.
  • Reputation Oversight: Oversee responses on Trustpilot, App Store, Google Play, and BBB. Coach BPO agents to maintain confident, professional tone and review escalated complaints.
  • Escalation & Case Resolution: Define escalation paths, handle sensitive cases, and coordinate resolution strategies.
  • Team Management: Lead BPO moderators for near 24/7 coverage, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to brand standards.
  • Reporting & Strategy: Deliver weekly performance reports, identify trends, and refine moderation guidelines.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in community moderation (Reddit, forums, Discord).
  • Skilled in tone adaptation for casual vs. professional platforms.
  • Strong leader with BPO management experience and excellent short-form writing skills.
  • Analytical thinker with ability to spot patterns and mitigate risks.

Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5+ years in community or reputation management.
  • Prior experience managing BPO teams.
  • Familiarity with Reddit mod tools, reputation platforms, and CRM/reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and strategic problem-solving skills.
