IT/Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design (Primary Duties)
  • Conceptualize and create marketing materials (posters, banners, flyers, brochures, social media content, etc.)
  • Design digital assets for websites, email campaigns, and online ads
  • Ensure visual consistency across all brand materials
  • Edit photos and videos when needed
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments for creative requirements
IT Support (Secondary Duties)
  • Provide basic IT troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other office equipment
  • Assist in managing company websites, emails, and online platforms
  • Maintain organized records of IT assets and system credentials
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors as required

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Multimedia Arts, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in graphic design and IT support
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier/After Effects a plus)
  • Knowledge of basic networking, hardware troubleshooting, and system maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills

Additional Skills (Advantageous)
  • Experience with web design (WordPress, HTML/CSS)
  • Knowledge in social media management
  • Experience in video editing and motion graphics
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices
