
Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a friendly, empathetic, and detail-oriented Customer Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate will have experience handling disputes, claims, and data analysis, and will be knowledgeable in appliances, power tools, and consumer electronics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, or social media.
- Provide accurate product information and guide customers on basic usage and troubleshooting for appliances, power tools, and electronics.
- Investigate and resolve customer disputes and claims related to orders, payments, warranties, or returns.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while maintaining ownership of the customer's case.
- Review and interpret customer data to identify patterns, resolve issues, and make informed support decisions.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system with accuracy and detail.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, products, promotions, and procedures.
- Help identify process improvements and provide feedback based on customer interactions.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics (e.g., resolution time, customer satisfaction).
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in customer support, preferably in a role involving dispute resolution, claims handling, or data review.
- Strong knowledge of appliances, power tools, and electronics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle sensitive customer concerns with professionalism.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends or holidays if needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php18,070.00 per month
