Position Overview

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant (Sales / Collections / Lead Generation) to join our onsite team in Cebu. The ideal candidate is results-driven, organized, and confident in handling customer interactions and lead outreach.

You will play a key role in supporting our clients with sales calls, lead generation, and account follow-ups — ensuring high-quality service and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls for sales and collections
  • Perform lead generation and data research using online tools and CRM systems
  • Maintain and update client records accurately
  • Follow up with leads, prospects, and clients professionally
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on activity and results
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve performance targets

Qualifications

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Collections, or Lead Generation (BPO/VA background preferred)
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong customer handling and negotiation abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to work onsite
  • Amenable to graveyard shift (US hours)

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Pay: Php40, Php55,000.00 per month
