RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure business efficiency and cost effectiveness by conducting business process reviews in various areas of operations
  • Recommend solutions that will optimize processes by conducting research on available relevant products in the market and subjecting them to the evaluation aligned with the company's Business Capability Model
  • Ensure successful implementation and effective maintenance of various software applications (ERP, HR System, and other solutions included in the Technology Roadmap) by leading internal customers, engaging decision makers, and collaborating with vendors thereby avoiding rework and design issues
  • Ensure readiness of process owners to digitally transform processes by conducting pre-implementation assessment and to ensure that the intended benefits of the digital transformation project/innovation project are achieved
  • Ensure that systems are properly integrated and that there is only one source of truth.
  • Provide alignment of cross functional modules by supporting ICT teams and internal customers in accordance with business needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting IT or other relevant fields.
  • Preferably at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in business analysis, project management, or a similar field.
  • Familiarity with User Acceptance Training.
  • Experience in Oracle Fusion is a must.
  • Familiarity with process mapping software, data analysis tools, and workflow management systems is essential.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role.
