Position Summary

We are hiring two highly analytical and collaborative Business Analysts to join our Transformation Finance Team. Each analyst will specialize in supporting one of the two distinct pillars within our company-wide Transformation Project Management Office (PMO). These roles are critical in driving strategic initiatives, enhancing financial processes, and ensuring financial alignment across transformation efforts.

The ideal candidates will bring strong business acumen, data-driven decision-making skills, and a passion for continuous improvement. Each analyst will serve as a deeply embedded finance partner to their assigned PMO pillar, working closely with project leads and stakeholders to deliver financial insights and support value realization


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the dedicated finance partner to one of the two PMO pillars, supporting transformation initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Collaborate with Finance, PMO teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Support the design and implementation of new financial processes, systems, and reporting tools.
  • Conduct gap analyses, root cause assessments, and impact evaluations to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics to track progress and outcomes.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and executive-level presentations.
  • Assist in change management efforts including training, communications, and adoption strategies.
  • Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  • Ensure financial rigor, transparency, and strategic alignment across transformation workstreams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CBAP, PMP) is a plus.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, financial planning & analysis, or transformation roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
  • Minimum 2 years of finance or accounting experience is required.
  • 1-3 years of Project Management Office (PMO) experience is required.

  • Experience in large-scale transformation or change initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences.
