Work Setup:

Initial Onsite for a month then transition to hybrid(2x wfh, 3x onsite in Makati Office)

Monday to Friday 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Reporting To: Head of Production

Job Dimensions and Relationships:

As a Senior Graphic Artist, your primary responsibility is to finalise design files for production with speed, precision, and adherence to technical specifications for both print and digital outputs.  While you won't have client-facing responsibilities, you'll work closely with the creative team, taking direction from the Senior Designer and collaborating with the broader production team.  Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential, as is fluency in Apple Computers and Adobe Creative Cloud tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production: Refine and finalise design files based on creative team input to meet required standards for various outputs.
  • File Preparation: Ensure design files are accurately set up for their intended medium, whether print, social, or digital.
  • Revision Checks: Implement and review internal revisions, checking text and design content for accuracy before finalising.
  • File Finalisation: Ensure all elements—such as colour profiles, typography, and images—are accurate for the intended brand and medium.
  • Quality Control: Conduct meticulous quality checks to ensure error-free deliverables.
  • In-House Production System: Work within our in-house production system to manage and track your projects efficiently.
  • Collaboration: Take direction from the creative team and liaise with the Head of Production to ensure smooth project execution.
  • File Archiving: Maintain and organise production files in our in-house system.

Requirements:

  • Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Familiarity with XD is a plus.
  • Technical Knowledge: Expertise in file formats, resolution outputs, channel work and specifications for print, web, and social media.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail to catch and correct errors, ensuring high quality outcomes.
  • Print Production Experience: Solid knowledge of print processes, including bleed, trim marks, and colour separations.
  • Speed and Efficiency: Proven ability to work quickly and accurately, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate within the team.
  • Hardware and Software: Expertise with Apple computers (MAC) and a licensed version of  Adobe Creative Cloud will be provided
  • Additional Tools: Familiarity with MS Office and tools like Basecamp is an advantage.
