Priority is someone who has experience with Print, POS and Catalogue

Work Setup:

Initial Onsite for a month then transition to hybrid

Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Job Dimensions and Relationships:

As a Designer, your primary responsibility is to finalise design files for production with speed, precision, and adherence to technical specifications for both print and digital outputs.  You also need to be accustomed in doing Catalogs and Gis. fluency in Apple Computers and Adobe Creative Cloud tools.

Key Responsibilities:


• Production: Refine and finalize design files based on creative team feedback to meet required standards across all output formats.


• File Preparation: Set up design files accurately for their intended medium, including print, social media, and digital platforms.


• Revision Checks: Implement and review internal revisions, ensuring accuracy in both text and design before final approval.


• File Finalization: Verify all elements—such as color profiles, typography, and imagery—are correct and aligned with brand and medium requirements.


• File Archiving: Organize and maintain production files within the in-house system.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite—especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator—with XD knowledge as a plus. They should have strong technical understanding of file formats, resolution requirements, and specifications for print, web, and social media. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential, along with solid print production experience, including bleed, trim marks, and colour separations. Expertise in using Mac computers is required, and a licensed Adobe Creative Cloud will be provided. Familiarity with MS Office and tools like Basecamp is an advantage.
