As a Graphic Artist you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing visual materials for a wide range of projects and purposes. To achieve your main goal, you use your creativity, artistic skills, and knowledge of design software to create visually appealing and impactful graphics.

The following are expected from you to perform and deliver:

• Design Conceptualization: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand project goals and objectives. Brainstorm and develop design concepts that align with the project's requirements and target audience.
• Visual Identity: Create and maintain consistent visual branding elements such as logos, color schemes, and typography to ensure brand recognition and continuity across all materials.
• Graphic Creation: Produce a variety of graphics, including but not limited to posters, brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, packaging, and website elements. Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Layout and Composition: Arrange text, images, and other visual elements in a visually pleasing and balanced manner. Pay attention to hierarchy, readability, and aesthetics.
• Illustration: Create custom illustrations, icons, and graphics as needed to enhance visual communication.
• Typography: Select appropriate fonts and typography styles that complement the overall design and convey the intended message.
• Image Editing: Manipulate and retouch images to improve quality, remove imperfections, and adapt them to the design's needs.
• Print and Digital Production: Prepare designs for both print and digital formats, ensuring they meet industry standards and technical requirements. Collaborate with printers and web developers when necessary.
• Market Research: Stay updated on design trends, industry standards, and competitor designs to maintain a fresh and relevant approach to graphic design.
• Time Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Quality Control: Ensure the accuracy and quality of all design deliverables, checking for errors or inconsistencies before finalizing and delivering them.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field
• Proficiency in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong artistic and creative skills, including a keen eye for detail, color theory, and composition.
• Knowledge of typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Problem-solving abilities and the flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
• Familiarity with web design principles and HTML/CSS may be a plus for graphic artists working on digital projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,030.00 per month
