About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Operations with strong experience in Annuities, Life Insurance, or Group Pension. This role is ideal for professionals who have successfully led teams, delivered operational excellence, and driven process improvements in the insurance domain.

As part of our Operations team, you will be responsible for managing, training, and developing a team of 10–15 members, ensuring SLA achievements, and fostering continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take end-to-end responsibility for process delivery and performance.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of 10–15 FTEs.
  • Conduct process training for new recruits and identify ongoing training needs.
  • Ensure service delivery parameters are consistently met.
  • Provide timely feedback on errors and conduct error analysis.
  • Handle queries related to process and resolve escalations.
  • Perform quality checks and ensure accurate reporting to the Delivery Manager.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with ISMS/ISO policies and maintain documentation.
  • Act as the point of contact in the absence of the Delivery Manager.
  • Support process migration and training (remote/onsite, as needed).
  • Achieve 50% productivity within six months of joining.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree holder (any field).
  • Preferred background in Annuities, Life Insurance, or Group Pension.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of life insurance/annuity/pension products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
