Job Description:

  • Assist in creating and scheduling posts across various social media platforms.
  • Support the Social Media Specialist in developing campaign ideas and strategies.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, ensuring timely responses and positive engagement.
  • Help gather, organize, and edit content such as graphics, photos, and videos.
  • Track and record social media performance metrics for reporting.
  • Conduct basic research on trends, competitors, and audience insights.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams for campaign execution.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the social media department.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of administrative or office experience
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic software tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and proactive with good problem-solving abilities
