Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and updating policies and procedures related to internal administrative processes.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Provide support in organizing documents, scheduling, and coordinating internal activities as needed.
Learning Opportunities:
- Gain hands-on experience in administrative operations within a corporate setting.
- Develop skills in policy writing, research, and office management.
- Collaborate with different teams and contribute to real workplace improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pursuing Office Management, Office Administration, Business Administration, or related courses
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication skills.
- Willing to work in the office in (BGC, Taguig)
