  1. Plan, deliver, supervise fun, engaging, and effective workout (Zumba, Yoga, HIIT, Conditioning) classes at the fitness center designed to improve participants' mental and physical wellbeing

a. Adapt the content of the classes to suit a broad range of age groups, abilities, levels of physical fitness (ex. beginners, mid-level, advanced)

b. Explain to participants how to perform the workout routines and provide practical demonstrations

c. Should help participants execute routines correctly and ensure they feel relaxed and comfortable. Should correct any incorrect positions, movements, postures

d. Exercises may be carried out with or without equipment

e. Ensure that participants are healthy and safe during workouts to prevent accidents, injuries, or medical issues

f. Motivate participants to continue with participating with the workout classes

g. Ensure that fitness studio is clean and free from obstructions/hazards that may cause accidents/injury during the workout sessions

h. Encourage participants to lead and active and healthy lifestyle

i. Providing first aid if necessary and immediately refer to the onsite wellness center any participant not feeling well or needs medical attention

  1. Hold workout regimens during company sponsored events

  2. Perform administrative tasks:

a. Tracking utilization – workout sessions

b. Creation and submission of reports

c. Email appointments and scheduling

d. Attend meetings per request of the client

e. Create/design challenges or contests to motivate colleagues to participate in workout classes upon approval of SITE - planned challenges/contests/programs should be presented and discussed first ONSITE.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: Php20, Php32,000.00 per month
