Training Officer

Job Summary:

The Training Officer develops and delivers product knowledge and sales skills training to support the performance of the sales team. The role works closely with Training and Merchandising to ensure effective training programs aligned with brand standards and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update product knowledge and new product training modules
  • Conduct sales skills, coaching, and motivational training sessions
  • Coordinate and facilitate regular sales training programs
  • Perform training needs analysis and store visits to assess performance
  • Prepare training evaluation and performance reports
  • Support the development of Brand Manuals and Handbooks
  • Monitor competitor best practices and provide feedback

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, or related field
  • At least 1 year of training experience

Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High ethical standards
