  • Guest Greeting and Seating:

Greet guests with warmth and professionalism as they enter the restaurant, guiding them to their tables while offering them a welcome drink or appetizer menu. Ensure guests are seated comfortably.

  • Menu Knowledge:

Possess an in-depth knowledge of the restaurant's menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, wine pairings, and daily specials. Be prepared to offer recommendations and answer any questions regarding the menu.

  • Order Taking and Service:

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all requests, preferences, and dietary restrictions are noted and communicated clearly to the kitchen and bar staff. Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining a graceful, polished presentation.

  • Attention to Detail:

Ensure that all tables are set properly, with attention to the smallest details such as proper silverware placement, glassware, and linen. Check that all items meet the restaurant's high standards before serving.

  • Guest Engagement and Satisfaction:

Build rapport with guests by anticipating their needs, checking in regularly to ensure they are satisfied, and addressing any concerns promptly. Ensure that every guest feels valued and receives personalized service throughout their dining experience.

  • Payment and Billing:

Handle the payment process discreetly and efficiently, offering the check in a professional manner. Process payments and provide change, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality with transactions.

  • Maintain Ambience:

Ensure that the dining area is always clean, well-maintained, and elegant. Assist in creating a sophisticated atmosphere by keeping the area free of clutter and replenishing supplies as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php695.00 per day
