· Inventory

o Physical counting of assets.

o Review production records.

o Monitor transfer and record stock and supplies across different farms including Manila Office.

o Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

· Budget and Materials Audit

o Review and validate budgets for building materials, farm infrastructure, and operational projects.

o Ensure procurement aligns with approved financial plans and cost-efficiency standards.

o Verify supplier invoices contracts, and delivery receipt accuracy.

· Internal Controls

o Assess effectiveness of internal control systems across all offices.

o Recommend improvements to safeguard assets.

o Monitor adherence to corporate policies and procedures.

· Petty Cash and Expense Control

o Petty cash reconciliations across all offices.

o Audit expense claims, reimbursements, and small-scale operational spending.

o Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

· Attendance & Timekeeping

o Random checking of daily timekeeping records of all employees.

o Audit expense claims, reimbursements, and small-scale operational spending.

o Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

· Equipment and Source Monitoring

o Track and update usage of farm equipment's such as grass cutters and generators.

o Monitor in/out movement tools, equipment and materials.

· Operational Audits

o Audit marketing and sales activities under the company.

o Evaluate sustainability and ethical farming practices.

· Reporting

o Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations.

o Present results to management and track implementation of corrective measures.

o Track corrective actions and follow-up on implementation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative or audit-related roles.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems.
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate across multiple departments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php40,000.00 per month
